He started posting pictures with the hashtag #trainingdone. This soon caught on and several people including south celebrities began to share their post-workout picture tagging Dulquer Salmaan and using the hashtag #trainingdone.

Recently, when the Charlie actor was clicking a selfie of his post-workout selfie he did not realise that he was being papped by none other than his wife Amal. The actor took the snap on his Instagram story tagging Amal Salmaan and wrote, "When the missus paps you taking your post-workout selfie."

The Zoya Factor actor recently held a live session on Instagram where he spoke about the #trainingdone challenge. He said that he did not start it with the intention of a challenge but to motivate people to workout and is glad that it caught on.
