Tom Holland sent hilarious voicemail to Simu Liu for his Marvel film Shan-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings star Simu Liu shares a hilarious yet sweet voicemail sent by fellow Marvel co-star Tom Holland after watching his Marvel blockbuster hit Shang-Chi.

Recently at the Havdalah & BBYO Honors ceremony, Simu Liu revealed that the Spider-Man: No Way Home star reached out to him after watching his film and sent him a hilarious voice note as feedback. The Shang-Chi actor looked incredibly excited to play the voice note, sent by Tom Holland, onstage to the audience. Tom can be heard enthusiastically praising the film saying, "Dude, I just watched Shang-Chi bro, that film is so f***ing awesome.”

Canadian actor Simu Liu is best known for portraying the titular role in Marvel’s first Asian-led film Shang Chi and the Legend of Ten Rings, which is one of the highest grossing films under MCU. The actor had already gained a following thanks to work in Canadian sitcom Kim’s Convenience. With a packed schedule ahead of him, Simu Liu currently has two films in his name including romance One True Loves, starring opposite Hamilton star Phillipa Soo, and Lionsgate’s canine drama Arthur the King, with Mark Wahlberg. Liu also recently joined Greta Gerwig's upcoming Barbie movie.

Meanwhile, Marvel Studios recently also confirmed that Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings will be getting both a sequel and a spinoff series.
