Dil Raju announces release of Ram Charan, Kiara Advani starrer Game Changer around Christmas 2024

South film producer left fans excited as he shared this surprising news at the pre-release event of Dhanush starrer Raayan.

Audiences are eagerly anticipating to watch Ram Charan on the big screen again after his performance in RRR garnered global acclaim and accolades. Readers would be aware that the actor is collaborating with Indian and Robot director S Shankar for the mass entertainer titled Game Changer, co-starring Kiara Advani which was announced a few years ago. Now as audiences continue to wait for a release date, producer Dil Raju has confirmed that the film will release in Christmas this year.

Producer Dil Raju makes this announcement at Raayan’s event

The popular South producer recently attended the pre-release event of the much-talked about film Raayan starring Dhanush in the lead. During the same, as several people questioned him about the release of Game Changer, the producer confirmed that the film will finally be released by the end of this year, marking the occasion of Christmas. However, he has not yet given out further details on the same. While fans are excited about having a Ram Charan release this year, they are also a tad bit disappointed about waiting longer to see him in theatres.

About Game Changer

Bringing back the Vinaya Vidheya Rama (2019) jodi of Ram Charan and Kiara Advani on the silver screen, the film will also feature an ensemble supporting cast that includes the likes of Anjali, S. J. Suryah, Srikanth, Jayaram, Sunil, Samuthirakani and Nassar. Shot across many locations like Hyderabad, Rajahmundry and other parts of Andhra Pradesh along with Mumbai, Chandigarh, and the foreign locales of New Zealand, Game Changer revolves around an IAS officer who strives to combat corrupt politicians by advocating for fair elections to transform the working ways of the government. With music composed by S. Thaman, the film's cinematography is handled by S. Tirru.
