Posting images of him playing the sport on his blog, Bachchan posted, "And earlier in the day … my weak efforts at football during the shooting .. nostalgic in a way .. for these were the football grounds of the major clubs when I visited Calcutta on a private visit with my parents in 1960 .. that we came to watch football games .. Mohan Bagan, Mohammedan Sporting, East Bengal et al .."
As for the film, TE3N that is being extensively shot in Kolkata has all the actors playing the role of local inhabitants. While, the film is directed by Ribhu Dasgupta, Sujoy is producing the same and also features Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Vidya Balan.
We all know that Amitabh Bachchan is currently in Kolkata shooting for the film TE3N. Well, the septuagenarian actor who always seems to have oodles of energy took time out from his shoot schedule to indulge in a game of football. In fact early on Tuesday morning, Bachchan took time off to play with the kids at the Mohammedan Sporting ground and spent the rest of the day there shooting for certain scenes for the film TE3N.
