Manoj Bajpayee gifts Reflective Jackets to the Mumbai Police Traffic department : Bollywood News

Manoj Bajpayee will soon be seen in the role of a traffic constable in the upcoming film Traffic, which happens to be a remake of the 2011 Malayalam film by the same name.

As a gesture of gratitude towards the cops who tirelessly work day in and out, Manoj Bajpayee gifted neon coloured florescent jackets (reflective jackets) to the traffic constables. Speaking about this gesture, Manoj Bajpayee said, "Traffic constables lead really difficult lives and have a very hectic schedule. During Ganapati or any festivals, they don't come home for 5 to 7 days straight and do not get to see their families. Paying respect to all the constables, this is a small gift from my end. I hope that these jackets help ensure safety of the man who is out there in the middle of the road controlling the traffic, so you can reach home on time."

Besides Manoj Bajpayee, Traffic also stars Jimmy Sheirgill, ?Divya Dutta, Prosenjit Chatterjee, ?Kitu Gidwani, Sachin Khedekar, Parambrata Chatterjee in lead roles. The film is slated to release on 6th May, 2016.
