Case lodged against Dibakar and Emraan

Dibakar Banerjee's Shanghai has come and gone but the film still faces some controversy or the other. The latest is that the Jodhpur police have lodged a case against Dibakar, Emraan Hashmi and six others on the directions of a local court following a petition objecting to the controversial song 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai'. The case has been registered under different sections of the IPC.

 

The persons who lodged a complaint- Vikas Sharma and Akash Ojha- felt that the song hurts the patriotic sentiments of Indians making a mockery of the state of affairs in our country.Case lodged against Dibakar and Emraan
