Hrithik in KJo's Shuddhi

Hrithik Roshan is currently busy shooting for Krissh 3. Though Hrithik has signed Siddharth Anand's Knight & Day remake and Shekhar Kapur's Paani, we now also have confirmed news that he will start off with Karan Johar's film later this year.

 

The film will bring back the Agneepath trio of Karan Johar, Hrithik and Karan Malhotra. Titled Shuddhi, which means purification, the film has been written by Karan Malhotra and his wife Ekta. However, despite the male lead being already finalized, the film which has two other main characters; the female lead and the villain are yet to be cast

Tweeting the confirmation of the film producer Karan Johar posted, "Team Agneepath is back...@KaranMalhotra21 will direct his next with @iHrithik in a 2014 diwali release titled SHUDDHI(purification)".

 

As for the film itself, Shuddhi will be a dramatic-romantic movie, and will have most portions shot in Mumbai and Uttarakhand. Currently, the makers are aiming for a Diwali 2014 release.
