Rana Daggubati walks out of Vikram Phadnis' Nia

Rana Daggubati, one of the southern exports to Bollywood, has really carved a niche for himself in a short span of time, which doesn't mean that he has given up on South films for Bollywood. And since he is dabbling between both the film industries (Bollywood and south), the result is that his dates tend to clash with one another.

 

And his upcoming Bollywood film Nia has become a victim of one such issue. As per the news reports, the film which happens to be designer Vikram Phadnis' directorial debut had Rana Daggubati playing the lead along with Bipasha Basu. However, now we hear that he had to let go of this film because of date issues. The main reason behind this is the delay in the shoot of Nia. The film was supposed to start in January but got postponed due to unknown reasons. In the meantime, Rana had other commitments which included the period drama titled Bahubali and also a Tamil remake of the Malayalam hit Bangalore Days.
