Noor has ended its poor with collections of just Rs. 7.75 crore* at the Box Office. These are lowest numbers of the year for any major Hindi film this year (barring Machine, which was a complete disaster from the first show itself) and one doesn't foresee any other release in 2017 with a notable face to be registering any lower numbers now.Box Office: Noor closes its first week at Rs. 7.75 crore*

The Sonakshi Sinha starrer started on a low note, didn't improve over the weekend, and then sunk further during the weekdays. The Bahubali 2 wave was also sweeping the nation during this duration which means all eyes were on the SS Rajamouli directed film and hence the Sunhil Sippy affair was further ignored.

There is hardly a show or two in very few multiplexes where Noor has managed an entry in the second week. However, one doesn't see more than a crore added to the film's total. The film would end it's run under the Rs. 8.5 crore mark, hence adding on to the list of some of the biggest commercial disasters of all times. What has helped cover some losses is the fact that the production cost itself was low for the film. However, the film has just not been watched by the audiences, which is heart-breaking indeed for all associated with it.

*Estimates. Final numbers awaited
