Box Office: Vakeel Saab does well in overseas markets at close of second weekend

Telugu film Vakeel Saab starring Pawan Kalyan released a while back to a tremendous response from the audience. Despite the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, audience ventured to theatres patronizing the film. Now at the close of its second weekend, the collections of the film in the overseas markets prove that the film has done rather well.

In fact, Vakeel Saab managed to draw in USD 743,259 [Rs. 5.57 cr] in USA making it the highest earning overseas territory, following this is the overseas market of Australia where the film managed to rake in A$ 290,539 [Rs. 1.68 cr]. While USA and Australia posted rather good collections the overseas markets of New Zealand and Singapore managed to do decent business with NZ$ 28,152 [Rs. 15 lakhs] and SGD 22,574 [Rs. 12.68 lakhs] coming in respectively.

 

Cumulatively Vakeel Saab has managed to draw in Rs. 7.52 cr from these four overseas markets at the close of its second weekend. While currently the film continues to run, predictions state that with the second wave of Covid-19 continuing to wreak havoc the business of the film might see a dip in collections.
