Box Office: Yet another good day in theatres as RRR (Hindi) scores well, The Kashmir Files soars too

Over Rs. 30 crores came in a single day yet again at the box office for Hindi films as RRR (Hindi) as well as The Kashmir Files showed good jump in collections. While RRR (Hindi) brought in Rs. 23.75 crores more, The Kashmir Files too collected Rs. 7.75 crores, hence resulting in the combined collections to be way past the Rs. 30 crores mark.

By and large this is really good news for the exhibition and distribution circuits since audiences are now back as they were during per-pandemic days. All the fears around whether they will return or not have been quashed as the entertainment circuit is again rising and it may only become better in weeks to come due to the endless counting of biggies set to arrive now.

 

Coming to RRR (Hindi), the film has been liked by the audience and the good news is that considering the kind of huge release that it has seen, there is so much scope for it to grow further. As a result, today is only going to be even better with collections expected to be in Rs. 28-30 crores range. Ditto for The Kashmir Files as it should go past the Rs. 10 crores mark again today and that will further add on to the overall collections of the film which currently stand at Rs. 219.08 crores. While latter is already an all-time blockbuster, the SS Rajamouli directed film too could gain a success tag for itself if the collections sustain from here and go past the Rs. 150 crores mark.
