18 Years Of Dil Chahta Hai: Preity Zinta opens up about beautiful memories with Aamir Khan, Farhan Akhtar, Saif Ali Khan and Akshaye Khanna

Nearly two decades ago, Farhan Akhtar made his directorial debut with Dil Chahta Hai which changed the game for feel-good films. The film starred Aamir Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Akshaye Khanna, Sonali Kulkarni, Dimple Kapadia and Preity Zinta in the lead roles. And now, 18 years later, Preity is looking back at those fond memories and reminiscing about the time spent on the sets of Farhan's film.

Dil Chahta Hai revolved around three best friends Saif Ali Khan, Aamir Khan and Akshaye Khanna and how their journey unfolds in the film from carefree youngsters to adults. Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, the Farhan Akhtar directorial bagged the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Hindi in the year 2001.
