Abhishek Bachchan starts shooting for his next film produced by Ajay Devgn

Abhishek Bachchan who returned to the silver screen after a gap of three years with Manmarziyaan is all set to shoot for his next film. Bachchan’s next film with Kookie Gulati has gone on floors. Ajay Devgn will be producing the film which also features Ileana D’Cruz.

Posting a picture of the film’s clapboard, Abhishek Bachchan captioned the post, “Here we go! A new journey, a new beginning. Need your best wishes. Ajay Devgn, Kookie Gulati."

 

 

 

The yet-untitled film marks the reunion of Abhishek Bachchan and Ajay Devgn after seven years. The duo was last seen together in Rohit Shetty’s Bol Bachchan.

 

According to media reports, the film is said to be based on true events that took place between 1990 and 2000 that changed India’s financial fabric. Reportedly, Ileana plays a strong character and is not paired opposite Abhishek Bachchan.

 

Other details related to the film are still under wraps. Director Kookie Gulati has previously helmed movies like Prince and Pyare Mohan.
