Alaya F nails the yoga headstand in her new fitness video

Alay F's Instagram feed clearly shows her commitment to stay fit. Apart from sharing her glamorous pictures, the actress keeps sharing her various fitness and workout videos. From doing home workouts to taking dance classes to participate in social media fitness challenges, she has nailed them all. Well, that's a very great way of promoting fitness amongst fans.

Recently, she shared another fitness video on Instagram doing an intense yoga session. In the video, the actress is acing the Sirsasana (Yoga Headstand). She could be performing the asana at her in front of the mirror. She is seen dressed in a light purple athleisure tracksuit while she kept hair tied in a bun. Sharing the video, the actress in the caption wrote, "Wait for it Saturday mornings with @pujiwoo, a little wobbly still but I’ll get there".

Meanwhile, on the work front, Alaya is currently shooting for Ekta Kapoor’s Freddy with Kartik Aaryan. She will also be seen in another interesting film titled U Turn. Apart from that, she also has a film to be helmed by Anurag Kashyap.
