The celebrations for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding continue in grand style! After tying the knot in a lavish ceremony on July 12, the couple is now hosting their Shubh Aashirwad ceremony on July 13. This traditional Hindu ritual welcomes blessings for the newlyweds from their extended family and friends. The venue, the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), is once again abuzz with activity. From Kim Kardashian, and Khloe Kardashian to Amitabh Bachchan, and MS Dhoni, everyone has arrived.
The wedding celebrations have been meticulously planned and spread across three days. The first day, July 12, saw the official wedding ceremony. The Shubh Aashirwad on July 13 allows the couple to receive blessings from a wider circle. The festivities are expected to culminate in a grand reception, the Mangal Utsav, on July 14.
Anant Ambani's wedding to Radhika Merchant was a spectacle in itself. Pictures and videos that emerged online showcased a vibrant and colorful ceremony steeped in Indian tradition. The bride, Radhika Merchant, looked radiant in a beautiful wedding lehenga, while Anant Ambani cut a dapper figure in a traditional sherwani. The event reportedly featured musicians performing classical ragas, adding a touch of cultural elegance. Popular singers like Hariharan, Shankar Mahadevan, and Shreya Ghoshal are also said to have graced the occasion with their performances.
Anant Ambani, the younger son of India's richest man Mukesh Ambani, is the executive director of Reliance Industries. Radhika Merchant is the daughter of Viren Merchant, CEO and director of Encore Healthcare.
