Anil Kapoor gets second dose of COVID-19 vaccine, Harsh Varrdhan quips 'after May 1 for people below 45'

Bollywood star Anil Kapoor has received his second dose of vaccine. The actor, on Tuesday, informed his fans that he receives his second shot of the COVID-19 vaccine. He took to Instagram to share a picture of himself taking the shot.

In the picture, Anil Kapoor was dressed in a black T-shirt and matching face mask as he received the shot by a health official. He captioned the post, “Done With The Second Dose.” He added the hashtags “#stayhomestaysafe” and “#vaccinated.”

 

 

 

His son Harsh VarRdhan quipped in the comments stating, “How ? For below 45 years of age you can only get shot post the first of may,” Joining the fun, Anil said, “If they hadn’t seen my date of birth on my Aadhar card, they probably would have asked me to come back after the 1st of May."

 

Actors including Renuka Shahane, Shefali Shah, Ashutosh Rana, Neena Gupta, Anupam Kher, Hema Malini, Johny Lever, Saif Ali Khan, Kamal Haasan and Satish Shah are few of the stars who've received the vaccination.
