Anupam Kher shares a series of pictures on New Amsterdam star Ryan Eggold's birthday
Actor Anupam Kher has shared a warm birthday wish on the New Amsterdam star Ryan Eggold's birthday. Eggold, who leads the NBC medical drama, has worked with Kher in two seasons.
On his birthday, Anupam took to Instagram to share a series of pictures with Ryan and wrote, "The whole point of taking pictures is so that you don’t have to explain things with words.” :) Happy Birthday my friend @ryaneggold. Anupam Kher stars as Dr. Vijay Kapoor, head of the Neurological Department. The medical drama was created by David Schulner. It stars Ryan Eggold, Freema Agyeman, Janet Montgomery, Jocko Sims, Anupam Kher, and Tyler Labine.
Based on the book Twelve Patients: Life and Death at Bellevue Hospital by Eric Manheimer, New Amsterdam premiered its second season on September 24, 2019. In January 2020, the medical drama was renewed for three additional seasons.
