Anushka Sharma joins hubby Virat Kohli in celebration lap after historic win in Sydney

Anushka Sharma has taken a much-needed break to support and spend time with hubby Virat Kohli in Sydney. The actress flew off to Australia to join Virat for Christmas and New Year. Now, as a supportive wife, she has been cheering for him and Team India during their Test series in Sydney. A day ago, Indian team finally won their first Test series in Australia 2-1 as the final Test ended in a draw owing to bad weather conditions at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

Team India and Captain Virat Kohli have been in celebratory mood as he became the first Indian captain to win a Test series in Australia. Anushka, the proud wife, joined him for the victory lap as Virat could not be happier to see her during the celebrations. Anuskha shared a few pictures from their win and wrote, "They came. They conquered !! History written and created by this bunch !! Huge congratulations to all players, coaching unit and support staff; it takes undying perseverance & solid conviction to focus on what’s important and shut out the rest .So so happy and proud of you my love."

 

 

On the work front, Anushka Sharma was recently seen with Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif in Aanand L Rai’s film Zero. The film released on December 21, 2018.
