BH Hangout EXCLUSIVE: Vicky Kaushal says working with “Baadshah” Shah Rukh Khan is a ‘dream come true’

Shah Rukh Khan is back with a bang and the collections of his last two films, Pathaan and Jawan, are proof of it. The actor is now gearing up for his 3rd release of the year, Dunki. Recently, Vicky Kaushal, who will be seen playing a pivotal role in the film, opened up on working with SRK.

It all happened when Vicky graced the latest episode of Bollywood Hungama’s Hangout, a fan meet-and-greet event. One of his fans of Vicky asked the actor to share his experience of working with Shah Rukh. In his reply, Vicky asserted, “Just meeting him is a dream come true, so just imagine what a big dream it was to work with Shah Rukh. That too, in combination with Raju sir directing you," in Hindi.

 

As the 35-year-old actor continued, he added, “So I can't talk about it in detail, but I can tell you this. I understood why he is the Baadshah, after working with him. There's no one like him.”

 

 

Speaking of Dunki, the Rajkumar Hirani directorial is slated to release on December 21. It will be clashing with Prabhas’ Salaar. Besides Khan and Vicky, the upcoming flick also stars Taapsee Pannu. The makers have already dropped multiple posters featuring the ensemble cast and a song, titled ‘Lutt Putt Gaya.’

 

Coming back to Vicky, he is currently busy promoting his next release, Sam Bahadur. Directed by Meghna Gulzar, it will be released on December 1. Along with Vicky, it also features Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra.
