Ranaut to Sanjay Leela Bhansali to megastar Amitabh Bachchan, all of them have been conferred with the honour. While the others opted to throw a bash, it was sort of a celebration cum work evening
for Amitabh Bachchan.
Amitabh and his wife Jaya Bachchan were busy shooting for an ad but it seems that the crew on the sets did not want to let go off this opportunity and made sure that they do something special for
the legendary actor. Not only did they get a cake for Amitabh Bachchan but even burst crackers to celebrate the honour. Sharing the pictures on his blog, Big B said, "Working with the wife today
for an ad., promotion and some moments from there .. they celebrate my National Award on set .. and then as I leave the studio they burst a few crackers .. sweet !!!"
Amitabh Bachchan won the National Award in the Best Actor category for the film Piku. Besides him, Kangna Ranaut, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Kalki Koechlin, Kabir Khan, Vishal Bhardwaj were some
names who were conferred with the award.
