As the iconic Bollywood classic, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, directed by Karan Johar, gears up to celebrate its 25th anniversary, Dharma Productions has treated fans to a delightful trip down memory lane. In a heartwarming gesture, the production house has unveiled unseen behind-the-scenes pictures from the sets of the beloved 1998 romantic comedy, which boasts a stellar star cast including Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, and Rani Mukerji, among others.

Today, fans were gifted a nostalgic journey as Dharma Productions shared these captivating glimpses on Instagram. Among the snapshots was an image capturing Shah Rukh Khan and Rani Mukerji in their iconic costumes from the chart-topping song ‘Koi Mil Gaya’, striking a pose alongside choreographer Farah Khan. Another still from the BTS of the same song showcased Kajol donning her character's attire, radiating the same charm that enthralled audiences. The collection of cherished moments also included a heartwarming scene where Shah Rukh Khan is seen tenderly cradling the adorable Sikh child from the film. Additionally, there was a captivating image of Karan Johar engaged in a conversation with Kajol, who was beautifully adorned in the bridal lehenga from the climax of the film. With these remarkable behind-the-scenes photos, Dharma Productions has rekindled the magic of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai for fans who have cherished the movie for a quarter-century. The production house accompanied the photos with a caption that read, “Before you go down memory lane at the cinemas again, here's a glimpse of everything that went on behind the scenes! Experience the magic of cinema & #KuchKuchHotaHai on 15th October.”

 

 

In honour of the film's 25th anniversary, a special fan screening of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai is scheduled to take place in Mumbai, inviting enthusiasts to relive the cinematic masterpiece that left an indelible mark on Bollywood history. The film also featured stellar performances by Farida Jalal, Himani Shivpuri, Reema Lagoo, Salman Khan, and Neelam in extended guest appearances. Kuch Kuch Hota Hai was a box office sensation, and it garnered a slew of prestigious awards for Karan Johar, Shah Rukh Khan, and Kajol the following year.
