EXCLUSIVE: Arshad Warsi is happy to receive appreciation for diverse roles: “I have no complaints about my career”

In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama, Arshad Warsi expressed his thoughts on his versatile acting career, highlighting that he has no complaints about the diverse roles he has taken on.

 

Arshad said, “I have no complaints about my career. I consider myself one of the few actors who can successfully navigate both comedy and serious films. I have worked in movies like Sehar and Ishqiya, which are quite different from each other. I feel fortunate to have received such diverse opportunities. I know actors who specialize in comedy and struggle when trying to branch out; audiences often become so accustomed to their comedic personas that it takes time for them to accept anything else.”

 

 

He added, “Fortunately, I have been embraced by my audience in various roles from playing a serious cop in Sehar, who doesn’t even smile, to engaging in the quirky antics in Dhamaal and Golmaal. The range is vast, but my core nature remains unchanged. My seriousness lies between the action and the cut.”

 

Arshad Warsi is notable for films in his career, including Munna Bhai MBBS, Lage Raho Munna Bhai, Ishqiya, Dhamaal and many more.
