Exclusive: Katrina Kaif opens up about Salman Khan wanting her to win a NATIONAL AWARD for Bharat

Katrina Kaif is all set and raring to go with her next movie, Bharat and it is interesting to note that she has undergone a whole transformation to fit into her character. She is playing the romantic lead opposite Salman Khan in the film and fans just can’t get over that fact.

Aside from this, Katrina has a pretty interesting character in the movie. It would be brilliant to see how the leads meet each other and their love story slowly graduates. Talking exclusively to Bollywood Hungama she reacted over the statement by Salman Khan at the audio launch of the song ‘Zinda’. Salman had said that she would win a National Award for the Bharat role.

 

She said, “See in think everyone associated with film feels the love and passion for what you do because it has been a long journey. It has been journey where we all tried to put our heart and soul in to it. And I think Salman has seen every step of the way how hard we worked on this, me and Ali trying to create the character and get this character right for me and the film. I think the ultimate test is when the film releases and what the audiences’ response to it is. I think for me that is the most important test and after that after that let’s see.”
