EXCLUSIVE: "There are some roles that you do, you learn a lot" - Anushka Sen feels grateful to lead a very sheltered life

Khatron Ke Khiladi fame Anushka Sen started her journey as a child artist and later grew into a famous television personality. Currently, Anushka Sen is making headlines for her latest project Swaang. In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, the actress talked about her Swaang’s character Muskan, an orphan who gets abducted and deals with a troubled childhood. She mentions that she is extremely grateful to lead a sheltered life and has immense gratitude for her the same.

She said “There are some roles that you do, you learn a lot. When I did Jhansi ki Rani, I lived through what freedom fighters used to feel. So when I lived as Muskan and when I saw what was happening in her story. I felt bad for the girls who experienced this in their early lives. And I hope that this series can spread awareness and can make a world much safer since everybody deserves to live freely. I have lived the character and have felt it thoroughly.”

 

Anushka Sen is an Indian television actress who is all set to star in crime thriller Swaang next to Hiten Tejwani, Mansi Srivastava, Alan Kapoor and Anurag Sharma.
