EXCLUSIVE: Sara Ali Khan uses this method to avoid overthinking
Sara Ali Khan has become a sensation among the young by the way she talks, the way she thinks, and the way she carries herself. People are always impressed and inspired by her aura.
Recently, during an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Sara Ali Khan said that she over-thinks, and her go-to mantra for avoiding overthinking is ‘Meditation’. When asked, "What is that thing that you overthink quite often," Sara quickly responded, "I have stopped overthinking since I have been meditating now."
On the work front, Sara Ali Khan is currently promoting her forthcoming film Atrangi Re which is all set to release on 24th December. Atrangi Re is directed by Aanand L Rai and casts Akshay Kumar and Dhanush next to Sara in the lead.
