Farhan Akhtar shares a glimpse of incredible physical transformation for Toofan

Actor Farhan Akhtar is getting praised for his performance in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra directed Toofan. In the film, the actor plays the role of a boxer named Ajju aka Aziz Ali who goes from being a street fighter to a boxer to an incident that gets him banned from professional boxing for five years.  Farhan spent nearly 8-9 months before the film went on floors to get the physique of a boxer.

Recently, Farhan took to his Instagram and shared a collage that shows the drastic transformation that he has undergone over last 1.5 years. He shared that he went from 69kgs to 85kgs and then got back to 77kgs. Sharing the picture, the Toofan actor wrote, "The many shapes and sizes of Ajju aka Aziz aka Toofaan. What a ride. 18 months of relentless work but worth every drop of sweat, every sore muscle and every pound gained and lost. The stars behind the scenes - @samir_jaura @drewnealpt @anand.physio."
