Farhan Akhtar’s first magazine cover post marriage with Shibani Dandekar is all things love

Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar married on February 19 in an intimate wedding ceremony at Javed Akhtar and Shabana Azmi's Kandala farmhouse, after dating for several years. They are certainly one of Bollywood's hottest real-life couples, and they know how to scorch the headlines time and time again. Their most recent appearance in this month's issue of ELLE India magazine is convincing enough. The two stunners pose for the cover in a fashionable manner, leaving everyone dumbfounded! Shibani plays a wonderful sensual muse to her debonair partner, while Farhan capitalises on his ever-so-coveted suave appearance.

Shibani and Farhan appeared on the cover wearing Gucci outfits. Shibani was spotted in a Gucci yellow fluo-black polyamide jersey jacquard sleevless jumpsuit. The jumpsuit has a scoop neck, vibrant colours, new colourful variants of the Gucci logo, and contrast stitching detail. It is priced at AED 5,000 (Rs.1,04,223). Her jumpsuit was teamed with a Rs. 2,90,971 emerald silk duchesse peak lapel, long sleeves, double breasted full canvas jacket with buttons asymmetrical closure. GG slingback pump worth Rs.58,960 completed her ensemble. Shibani opted on a Soni Sapphire American diamond necklace, ABHILASHA jewelry's flower diamond earrings. Diamond spiral ring, a diamond wavelength ring, and a diamond interloping ring by Raf fine jewellery. Her makeup options were a neutral lip colour, brown shimmer eyeshadow, contoured cheekbones, and her hair swept to one side.

 

In the photoshoot, Farhan looked downright handsome. He donned Gucci's Cerulean blue cotton canvas pants and jacket with GG leather patch and zipper elements, as well as a Fuchsia-green-multicolour bowling Hawaii shirt with all over island pattern detail worth Rs. 84,228.

 

 

Farhan and Shibani took to their Instagram accounts on Tuesday to share the magazine cover, that read, "Meet the Akhtars."

 

Meanwhile, on the work front, Farhan’s next production is Jee le Zaraa which stars Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif. He will also star in American miniseries Ms. Marvel while, Shibani will be next seen in Zam Zam and This is Mahalakshmi.
