“I feel like a proud papa yet again,” says Karan Johar about Sidharth Malhotra’s Shershaah's rave reviews

Sidharth Malhotra has been getting rave reviews ever since his bio-pic Shershaah began streaming on Amazon Prime Video on Thursday. Shershaah producer Karan Johar who had discovered Malhotra for the big screen in Student Of The Year in 2012 can’t stop preening.

Says Karan exclusively to this writer, “I feel like a proud papa yet again! It’s amazing how I feel for all three of them (Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan whom Karan introduced in Student of the Year). That feeling of paternal love kicked in with them,” says Karan who now has his own twin children Ruhi and Yash.

 

Alia is now a Sanjay Leela Bhansali heroine. And Karan Johar has more reason to be proud, “He is going to make her an even better actress than she is, as he does with all his artistes,” says Karan who is all set to direct a love story with Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh entitled Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.
