While rumours swirl about his relationship with Malaysian model Chandni Bainz, Ishaan avoided directly naming his partner. “I've been in a relationship with someone who is not as established as me, so I'm very aware of how it affects the women I’m with,” he said, emphasizing the importance of keeping his personal life guarded.

Ishaan explained that being open about his private life in public could impact his partner, which is why he chooses to stay discreet. “Talking about private life in public affects the women I’m with,” he said. The actor also acknowledged that the constant attention from the media and paparazzi adds pressure, making him more protective of his relationships.

During the interview, Ishaan also shared insights into his personality as a boyfriend. Describing himself as a "good partner," he admitted that he has "flaws," but has been working on them since his past relationships.
