Her recent post shows how a perfect backflip looks like. Dressed in casual gym clothes, Disha dons a messy pony tail as she flips perfectly. Her trainer Nadeem Akhtar is helping her perfect this parkour move. She captioned it as, “Training training ???????? trying to learn a back handspring and a back layout with @nadeemakhtarparkour88 @flyzonefitness_ ????”

Disha, on the professional front, is going to be next seen in Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Bharat and will be seen playing the role of a trapeze artist from the early 60s. Bharat’s trailer releases on April 24, while the movie releases on Eid. The movie is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and also stars Jacki Shroff, Tabu, Nora Fatehi, and Sunil Grover among the others.
