Kim Min Jae starrer Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist unveils first teaser for season 2; watch video

According to Korean tabloid Soompi, based on the novel of the same name, Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist is a tvN drama starring Kim Min Jae as Yoo Se Poong, a well-known internal medicine doctor who was expelled from the royal court after getting caught up in a conspiracy.

In Season 1, he embarked on a mission to become a true doctor who heals the heart after meeting Seo Eun Woo (Kim Hyang Gi) and Gye Ji Han (Kim Sang Kyung). On December 1, the makers announced that the show has been renewed for Season 2 which will premiere on January 11 at 10:30 p.m. KST.

 

The drama also unveiled its first teaser giving glimpses at the entire Gyesu Clinic family returning for season 2. “I’ll examine your heart first,” Yoo Se Poong says as he turns to the camera.
