Mrunal Thakur has been promoting Jersey with Shahid Kapoor in slew of ensembles ranging from blazer dresses to playful frocks to striking pants, as part of the film's promotion over the last few days. Her most recent promotional outfit was a black embroidered saree, which she wore with unrivalled grace. For a recent promotional event for the film, the star opted to go full desi, and she looked lovely as always.

Mrunal wore a saree set made of black leather with crystal embroidered motifs. The stitched leather foliage silk saree has a crystal embroidery border and was paired with a black sleeveless blouse with the same crystal embroidery. The saree is worth Rs. 82,000 and comes from designer Anand Bhushan's shelves.

 

 

She accessorised the saree with simple jewellery, including a pair of silver Anmol Jewellers silver earrings. Her hair was styled side swept, with the centre part combed back into delicate curls and held in place with pins. Brown eye-shadow, kohl-rimmed eyes, blushed cheeks and coral lip-tint were her glam options. Mrunal Thakur completed her ensemble with a pair of Christian Louboutin pointed heels. For a retro old school vibe, the photos were all taken in black and white frames.

 

 

On the work front, Mrunal Thakur is awaiting the release of her film Jersey with Shahid Kapoor. Pippa alongside Ishan Khatter, Gumrah alongside Aditya Roy Kapoor and Aankh Micholi with Abhimanyu Dassani are her upcoming projects.
