In this regard, his upcoming film Raktdhar stands out. Here for the first time Shakti Kapoor gets to play a eunuch. Earlier, the on location stills and video clips showcasing him as a eunch were out. Yet this still from the film will surprise and even amuse you. The actor comes across as a caricature but his make-up, accessories, costumes etc is quite impressive. It seems he and his team have worked well to ensure that he looks across as a convincing transgender.

 

Raktdhar stars Jimmy Sharma, Sanchita Banerjee, Mukesh Rishi, Shahbaz Khan and Deepshikha Nagpal. The film deals with transgenders and is going to be the first film that shows the death rally of a eunuch, which is not allowed to be seen by anyone in real. Directed by Ajit Varma, Raktdhar is all set to release on October 6.

 

Shakti Kapoor is married to Shivangi Kapoor, who is the sister of actresses Padmini Kolhapure and Tejaswini Kolhapure. His children are actors as well. His daughter Shraddha Kapoor is one of the most popular young actresses today. Shakti Kapoor’s son Siddhanth is also an upcoming actor.
