Ranbir Kapoor's unseen dance videos from Animal wrap-up bash go viral; actor grooves to ‘Ban Than Chali Bolo’ and ‘Chaiyya Chaiyya’

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor is all set to star in the highly anticipated film Animal opposite Rashmika Mandanna. Although the shoot has already concluded and the makers initially aimed for an August release, the film has been pushed to December due to additional work required for VFX and dubbing. In the midst of these developments, an old video of the actor dancing on the film set after wrapping up their schedule in Punjab has gone viral.

In the video shared by his fan page, Ranbir can be seen dancing energetically to the tune of ‘Ban Thali Chali Bolo’, while the crew cheers for him. Several other videos have also gained popularity online. In one video, Ranbir is captured being fully engrossed in the magic of ‘Chaiyya Chaiyya’, flawlessly performing the iconic dance steps. Talking about the film, Animal is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Apart from Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna, the film also features Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol. The movie is produced by T-Series, headed by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar, along with Cine1 Studios, led by Murad Khetani, and Bhadrakali Pictures, led by Pranay Reddy Vanga. A pre-teaser, unveiled a few weeks ago, provided fans with a sneak peek into the action-packed film, showcasing Ranbir Kapoor in a never-seen-before avatar.

 

The release date of Animal, which is December 1, is three weeks after Tiger 3 and three weeks before Dunki. “The team believes that arriving on December 1 will give the film a 3-week window as no other film would want to come in the middle of 3 event sagas – Tiger 3, Animal, and Dunki. It’s a well-strategized date that they locked, and a 4-month delay will give the makers enough time to complete the VFX work,” revealed a source close to the development to Bollywood Hungama earlier this month.
