Runway 34 stars Amitabh Bachchan and Ajay Devgn accuse each other of breaking rules; share evidence

Amitabh Bachchan and Ajay Devgn have shared screens for films like Khakhee, Aag, and Major Sahab. The two are all set to reunite on-screen with the much-anticipated film Runway 34. This is the first time that Ajay Devgn has directed the legendary Amitabh Bachchan. The film also stars Rakul Preet Singh and Boman Irani. While Ajay Devgn plays a pilot, Amitabh Bachchan plays a lawyer in the film. On Saturday, Amitabh and Ajay engaged in a Twitter banter where they were seen accusing each other of breaking rules.

On Saturday afternoon, Amitabh Bachchan took to his Twitter handle to share a picture of Ajay's iconic bike stunt from the film Phool Aur Kaante. “Sirji inka record hi hai rules todne ka! Range haathon guilty paaye gaye ho @AjayDevgn, ab kya doge iska jawaab?” her wrote.

 

Responding to it, Ajay shared a picture of Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra from the 1975 film Sholay. In the picture, Amitabh can be seen driving a bike with Dharmendra sitting on his shoulders. "Sir you were saying..." Ajay wrote sharing the photo.

 

 

Ajay and Amitabh will be seen fighting it out in a court in their upcoming film Runway 34. Their Twitter banter was just a small teaser of the battle that will begin between them in the court.

 

Inspired by true incidents, Runway 34 revolves around Captain Vikrant Khanna played by Ajay Devgn, a flying prodigy, whose flight takes a mysterious course after take-off from an international destination. With the thrill of the unknown in the sky, this film showcases Ajay locking horns with the legend of Indian cinema, Amitabh Bachchan; whom he has directed for the first time. The film also features Rakul Preet Singh, as a co-pilot, in a never-seen-before role.
