Sanjay Dutt, Ali Fazal, Manisha Koirala begin shoot of Prasthaanam

Earlier this week, Sanjay Dutt announced that he had finally wrapped up shooting for his film Torbaaz. Sharing an image on Instagram, the actor added, “Thank you #Kyrgyzstan. Last 30 days with the #Torbaaz team were challenging, yet a lot of fun.” Now we hear that Dutt has commenced work on his next venture Prasthaanam. Interestingly, Prasthaanam which is a Sanjay Dutt Productions venture has commenced shooting on the late Nargis Dutt’s birthday making it that much more special for the actor.

Taking to social networking site Instagram Sanjay Dutt shared a few of images saying, “The first day, first shot of @prassthanamfilm. Even now I feel excited about such new beginnings. All the best, team”. The film which is a Hindi remake of the Telugu hit is said to be an intense, thrilling family drama which has become an anticipated film to look out for.

 

 

Commencing work today, the shoot of Prasthaanam began with Manisha Koirala, Ali Fazal and Satyajeet Dubey. As for the film, Prasthaanam that is directed by Deva Katta will mark Sanjay Dutt and Manisha Koirala reunion on the big screen after a gap of 10 years.
