Sara Ali Khan steals the show at the Pepsi X HUEMN fashion show in a stunning black blazer and trouser set

Youth-centric brand Pepsi® and fashion label HUEMN came together last night to bring one of the most scintillating fashion showcases for audiences with an all-new collection full of SWAG. The presentation enthralled audiences as Bollywood superstar Sara Ali Khan walked the 200 foot ramp as the showstopper sporting a marquee piece from the collection.

Fashion is always a medium of self-expression for youngsters across the globe and this runway presentation was an ode to the self-belief of the young generation that isn’t afraid of standing up for themselves.

Designer Pranav Mishra showcased an enthralling show in Mumbai as part of his label HUEMN's latest collaboration with a leading beverage brand. Indian film actress Sara Ali Khan walked the 200 foot ramp as the showstopper sporting a marquee piece from the collection. She looked stunning in a bralette-lined black pantsuit. slick black pantsuit with single-breasted jacket to match the tapered pants. She wore a jacket with a shawl collar, flap pockets, tassels, and the Pepsi logo. The risqué manner she wore the formal outfit, however, was the focal point of her ensemble. Sara donned her pantsuit over a slinky black bra to give it a party-ready twist in place of a conventional shirt or even a romantic camisole.

 

The star chose to wear strappy metallic heels instead of any jewellery. She chose a somewhat dewy base for her makeup, a soft brown smokey eye, and a warm caramel gloss for her lips to match the sensual feel of her outfit. Her a sexy slick back hairdo, was the ideal finishing touch for her outfit.

 

Seen at the event were notable names like Shibani Dandekar, Esha Gupta, Kubbra Sait, Lisa Mishra, Lakshmi Lehr to name a few. This year HUEMN completed 10 years in the industry. To mark this anniversary, HUEMN looked into doing work that hinted at a bit of nostalgia. The whole fashion week 2022 collection was about reflections of work done along these years.

 

Misra's latest collab deep dived into signature HUEMN IP with garments that are conversation pieces, hand-drawn prints, powerful statement pieces, inclusive fits, and meticulously handcrafted textures that HUEMN is known for. The handmade HUEMN Gorilla also weaves its way through the line - a grounding reminder of an ever-evolving HUEMN; and a celebration of our first ten years on the landscape.
