While the process of 'undergoing the knife' is something that is not new in Bollywood, we spotted Sunny Leone's pictures showing some drastic change.

One look at Sunny Leone's poster of Ragini MMS 2 is a big give away of the fact that she has undergone the knife, the only difference being this knife belongs to not a doctor, but a graphic designer, who has done the film's posters! If you take a closer look at the adjoining 'movie still', you will see Sunny Leone in a skimpy tight skirt whereas if you see the film's poster, you will see the exact same picture of Sunny striking the same pose on bed but in a lingerie! In other words, it's the exact same still that seems to have been photoshoped and made look like a lingerie in the poster!

Whatever be the case, we know one thing that the fans are not complaining.
