Worst Dressed Celebs this week: Aditi Rao Hydari, Taapsee Pannu, Kriti Sanon, Sophie Choudry and Kajol fail to slay the style scene!

Gone are the days when the B-townies sauntered about with no deliberation to their outfits. With the rising brigade of fashion stylist, the Indian fashion scene underwent a remarkable metamorphosis. Looking impeccable is pretty much an inseparable part of the job description of the B-town celebs. In a bid to blend in all the seasonal vogues and beauty trends, this week like Aditi Rao Hydari, Taapsee Pannu, Kriti Sanon and Kajol locked horns with the fashion police. Fashion is ever changing but choosing a style by blending comfort is not up to everyone’s alley.

Aditi Rao Hydari

 

 

Turning diva for designer Divya Reddy, Aditi Rao Hydari donned a floral cropped blouse with a tiered skirt for the Vikantan Awards, Aditi rounded out the look with pink lips and centre-parted low back pony. This look only reminded us that Christmas isn’t over for Aditi Rao Hydari yet!

 

Taapsee Pannu

 

 

At the trailer launch of Dil Junglee, Taapsee Pannu tucked a promotional tee into a fringed silver skirt with a choker, open toed sandals, a messy hairdo and subtle makeup rounding out the look. The skirt looks straight from the leftover Christmas decorations! The usually well-dress Taapsee disappointed us with this look!

 

Kriti Sanon

 

 

For the launch of Samsung A7 in Delhi, Kriti Sanon slipped into a printed dress with a blue sheer hem and cold shoulder cuts. Bright lips and centre parted sleek hair left open rounded out her look. The printed dress with an overkill of print, sheer and cold shoulder cuts failed to flatter Kriti’s petite frame and we wish the diva had opted for a different style instead!

 

Kajol Devgan

 

 

Making an appearance at the Mac x Mickey Contractor event last night, Kajol was snapped in a blue one shouldered dress featuring a voluminous and dramatic ruffle. Nude pink lips and a hairdo rounded out her look. Lacking the sass to pull off such a dramatic ensemble, we were a tad disappointed with Kajol’s style play.

 

Sophie Choudry

 

 

For the Zee 25 event, Sophie Choudry donned a Manish Malhotra creation featuring a one shoulder top over a structured handloom brocade skirt with a paithani border. Jewellery from Anmol Jewellers with pink lips, dark eyes and soft wavy half updo rounded out her look. A horrible clash of colours, Sophie’s look is a riot of colours certainly not for the faint hearted!

 

While the pressure to look good is enormous, these ladies exuded oodles of confidence and owned the moment but left nothing much to be desired, these not-so stylish offerings were a major downer at the star studded affair. Until then, stay tuned to Bollywood Hungama Fashion and stay stylish!
