Sidharth Malhotra is known for his muscular bod and the actor follows a strict fitness regime including quite a bit of physical training. The actor, who is gearing up for his next Aiyyari, recently found a new workout buddy and it is none other than his dad Sunil Malhotra.WOW! As of now, Sidharth is busy prepping for the Manoj Bajpayee starrer, an espionage thriller focusing on the relation between a mentor and a protégé. Hence, Sidharth has to undergo a lot of training and whilst following his workout schedule, the actor thought of having his father as his gym buddy. Very few are aware that Sidharth Malhotra’s father is a former navy merchant officer.

 

We spotted the actor and his father bonding with each other over some push ups and a video of the same was shared by Sidharth on the social media site Instagram. Posting the same, he also added, “My training bud for the week #dad age no bar ! love you pa.”

 

Besides Aiyyari, Sidharth Malhotra recently wrapped up yet another suspense thriller Ittefaq, that also stars Sonakshi Sinha. Besides the two, the actor is also awaiting the release of Reload this year where he is paired opposite Jacqueline Fernandez.
