PVRINOX Pictures is all set to release the highly anticipated video game turned film Borderlands in theatres on 9th August 2024. Directed by Eli Roth, the film stars a striking ensemble of Cate Blanchett, Kevin Hart, Jamie Lee Curtis, Jack Black, Edgar Ramirez and Ariana Greenblatt.

In a bold new role, Kevin Hart ventures into uncharted territory as Roland, a battle-hardened soldier with a complex past. Known for his standout performances in comedy, Hart showcases his versatility in this action-adventure, based on the iconic best-selling video game franchise. The film promises a thrilling blend of explosive action, unexpected humor, and dynamic chemistry among its characters.

 

Borderlands takes audiences on a wild ride through Pandora, a world ravaged by corporate greed. As Roland, Kevin Hart embodies a former corporate enforcer who switches sides, driven by a newfound sense of justice. Speaking about his character, Hart says, “This role is an incredible opportunity for me to step outside my comfort zone. Roland is a leader, a soldier, and a man on a mission to make things right. He’s seen the worst of Pandora and has found a way to rise above it, grounding all the action with a sense of humanity.”
