In December 2022, South Korean superstar Song Joong Ki was confirmed to be in a relationship with a non-celebrity British woman. Turns out, he was dating former British actress Katy Louise Saunders and the actor confirmed that they have registered their marriage and expecting their first child.

Following the news, Song Joong Ki’s agency shared brief updates on the actor’s wedding plans and the soon-to-be couple’s new home. According to Korean tabloid Soompi, on January 30, the actor took to his official fan cafe to share exciting news of his marriage and wife’s pregnancy through a heartwarming letter.

 

A source from Song Joong Ki’s agency High Zium Studio additionally stated, “The wedding ceremony will be held separately, but nothing specific has been decided yet. The two will spend their newlywed life going back and forth from South Korea and the United Kingdom.”

 

Further, Korean media house Dispatch reported that the actor and his soon-to-be wife have been living together in the neighborhood of Hannam in Seoul. Additionally, they claimed that Song Joong Ki invited Katy's parents to Korea after she became pregnant, and that they now share a house worth 20 billion won (over Rs. 133.24 crores).
