Powerstar Pawan Kalyan, the actor-turned-politician and president of the Jana Sena Party (JSP), has landed a landslide victory in the Pithapuram Assembly seat of Andhra Pradesh. Defeating his opponent, Vanga Geetha, by a staggering 70,354-vote majority, Kalyan's victory resonates as a resounding mandate from the people.
