Prithviraj Sukumaran drops an intense look of Mohanlal from L2: Empuraan with a quote by Denzel Washington

Prithviraj Sukumaran made his directorial debut with the super hit Malayalam film Lucifer (2019). The film led by Mohanlal also starred Manju Warrier, Vivek Oberoi with Tovino Thomas in a special appearance. The second part of the film was announced along with the release of the film titled Empuraan. However, owing to the pandemic, the shoot of the film was delayed. On Monday morning, Prithviraj surprised fans with an intense picture of Mohanlal from L2: Empuraan.

Prithviraj shared a still of Mohanlal in which the actor can be seen giving an intense expression. Sharing the picture, Prithviraj quoted actor Denzel Washington. “At your highest moment…be careful. That’s when the DEVIL comes for you!” - Denzel Washington.”

 

 

Last year, Prithviraj while announcing his directorial Bro Daddy with Mohanlal had revealed that the shooting of Empuraan was pushed because of COVID-19 and will be resumed once COVID-19 situation subsides. Prithviraj's latest directorial Bro Daddy which was released on Disney+Hotstar in January saw him and Mohanlal play son and father. The film also starred Meena and Kalyani Priyadarshan.
