Salman Khan wraps the shoot of his cameo in Chiranjeevi starrer Godfather; director Mohan Raja shares glimpses from the sets

Salman Khan will be making a special appearance in Telugu megastar Chiranjeevi's upcoming film Godfather, a remake of the Malayalam hit film Lucifer. The two stars started shooting together at ND Studios in Karjat last week. Now, Salman Khan has wrapped his portions for the film. Director Mohana Raja took to his social media to thank the superstar and also shared glimpses from the sets of the film.

In the pictures shared by the Godfather director, Salman Khan can be seen in a blue T-shirt and bulletproof vest. Sharing glimpses from the sets of the film, Mohan Raja wrote, "Finished an Amazing Schedule with the Mighty Man, Sweetness Personified

Salman Khan also refused to accept a single penny for his role in the film. Reportedly, Chiranjeevi’s producers wanted to pay Salman Rs. 15-20 crores for his guest appearance in Godfather. But Salman was adamant. He told Chiranjeevi he won’t do the cameo if they insisted on paying him. Apparently, Salman has a 20-minute appearance in Godfather.

 

Meanwhile, after wrapping the shoot of Godfather, Salman will reportedly do a photoshoot for his December 30, 2022 release Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali. The film will go on floors in the first week of April. It will be a marathon schedule but he will be taking a break in between to shoot Tiger 3 scenes with Shah Rukh Khan.
