VIDEO: Tabu returns to Tollywood after two decades in Allu Arjun starrer AA19

Tollywood superstar Allu Arjun is busy with the shooting of his next film with Trivikram Srinivas which is tentatively titled AA19. It is rumoured to be an adaptation of the Hollywood film, The Invention of Lying. While the film has gone on floor, Tabu is the latest star to join the cast.

 

After starring in Bharat and De De Pyaar De this year, Tabu will be returning to Tollywood with Allu Arjun starrer after two decades since her last role in Balakrishna's Pandurangadu in 2008. In the video, the actress is wearing a saree while rehearsing her lines before the shot. The actress is reportedly playing Allu Arjun's mother. Sharing the video, the production house wrote, "Welcome aboard to the most versatile actress of our generation #Tabu garu to #AA19 team!!"

 

AA19 stars Pooja Hegde and Nivetha Pethuraj alongside Allu Arjun. The film is produced by Geetha Arts and Haarika & Haasine Creations. It is set to release on Makar Sankranti 2020.
