The actors took to social media to express their joy and gratitude for the film's enduring popularity.

Vijay shared a nostalgic throwback photo with Rashmika Mandanna from the sets of Dear Comrade on his official Instagram account. Accompanying the photo, he wrote a heartfelt message, “400 million of you saw it. Dear Comrade - from the sadness we felt on the day of release in 2019 to the immense love we have for the film till today. #DearComrade is a film I loved making, a story I loved telling.”

 

Rashmika Mandanna reciprocated the sentiment with her own message on social media, writing, "400 mil love. Dear Comrade was and will always be super special to me!!"

 

 

Interestingly, Vijay & Rashmika's timeless song from Geeta Govindam is also traveling globally as both the actors posted the same on their respective social media pages.
