Satish Kaushik will direct Ajay Devgan in Kaarma Film International's new venture, to be produced by Ashoo Ashok Khemka. It's for the first time that Satish and Ajay are working together. The film will also star a lead pair from Pakistan. Meanwhile, a top heroine opposite Ajay is under finalisation. Aditya Pancholi will also enact a pivotal role.
The film has story-screenplay by Moin Beg, dialogues by Rumi Jaffrey and music by Himesh Reshammiya. The production office was inaugurated on January 21.
