Production on the Piyush Dinker Pandya romantic comedy THE ARRANGED MARRIAGE has been delayed due to the recent near fatal accident of the writer-director.
The 35-year-old writer-director of AMERICAN DESI suffered a broken hip, several broken ribs and a broken jaw in a car accident in New Jersey recently.
The production of THE ARRANGED MARRIAGE will be pushed by approximately two months while Pandya recovers in a nearby hospital.
Meanwhile, having some extra time on his hands, Pandya is prepping his future projects, including AMERICAN DESI 2 and an untitled thriller.
