Ayan Mukerji whose last film Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani starring his bestie Ranbir Kapoor was a big success, is all set to team up with Ranbir again for a superhero film. In fact, ever since the film was announced last year, it has been subjected to several speculations due to a delay owing to Ranbir's other work commitments.

Ayan Mukerji, however, has decided to put an end to all these speculations, and has now announced that the untitled superhero drama will go on floor by the end of this year. Recently, there were also rumours that the film was getting shelved. However, producer Apoorva Mehta, CEO Dharma Productions, denied the same stating that the film is absolutely on track.

Also starring Alia Bhatt, this untitled venture as described by Ayan Mukerji, is an adventure fantasy or rather a modern day fairytale, set in contemporary India and sprinkled with elements of ancient Indian magic.
